Due to the current situation, COVID-19 pandemic and state wide restrictions on public gatherings, the Polish Home Association annual meeting will be held virtually on ZOOM, on Sunday, January 31, 2021 at 3:00pm.
Elections of the Officers and Trustees of PHA will be held by mail according to the updated Election Procedure for 2021, approved by the PHA Board of Officers and the Board of Trustees.
According to our Bylaws, members interested in running for an the Officer or Trustee positions will need to declare their candidacy in writing or electronically by January 5, 2021. This year we extend the deadline until January 15th, 2021.
The candidate’s statement and picture to be placed in the PHA election pamphlet should be sent in an electronic form to the Chairman of the Election Committee at [email protected] or by mail to the PHA address below:

This year, PHA members can vote by casting their voting ballots and sending them by mail. On January 18, 2021 the voting ballots will be mailed with the PHA election pamphlet to all members in good standing who fully paid their dues for 2020.
Members authorized to vote should send completed voting ballots by post using a return envelope as soon as possible. Only valid voting ballots returned by February 20, 2021 or earlier will be counted..
The election results will be announced at the meeting held virtually on ZOOM, on February 28, 2021 and posted on PHA Website.
