Polish Home Association recognized Barbara and Marian Strutynski with dedicating the upper hall stage to their name

On April 17, 2021, Polish Home Association recognized Barbara and Marian Strutynski by dedicating the upper hall stage to their name, honoring decades-long contributions to preserving and promoting Polish culture, leading theatre and dance groups, organizing countless cultural events, and their unapparelled dedication and leadership in serving the community. On the occasion, Consul General Jaroslaw Lasinski from Los Angeles, sent a congratulatory letter to Mr. and Mrs. Strutynski, with his appreciation among his remarks, he said: ” For over fifty years, the Polish community in Seattle has drawn inspiration from your work and witnessed your dedication. You organized and directed a multigenerational dance ensemble Młodzi Polanie, Biedronka Theater troupe, and cabaret To i Owo, and thanks to your active engagement, hundreds of performances and exhibitions by Polish and foreign artists took place at the Polish Home. The Polish Home, where Marian served as president for nine years, was and still is the heartbeat of Polish life in Seattle.”Congratulations and thank you to Barbara and Marian Strutynski for their commitment and tireless work over the years!
